Terrorism and Legal Niceties

Hail to Price! Someone is finally making sense. I have nothing brilliant to say except that it is satisfying to read something intelligent about dealing with terrorism.
Frankly, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if no one wants to turn terrorists over to us for prosecution because they know darn well--with our legal system’s cockeyed leanings toward protecting the criminal--that they would undoubtedly and eventually be freed.
I think the idea of a terrorist court is not only a good one but an expedient way of dealing with our bogged-down judicial system, in addition to being able to get to the heart of the matter (punishment) quickly.
