Former auto maker John Z. DeLorean was hospitalized in Somerville, N.J., for an irregular heartbeat after complaining of dizziness and palpitations while preparing for a court appearance in his divorce trial. DeLorean was listed in stable condition in the coronary care unit at Somerset Medical Center after driving himself to the hospital and walking into the emergency room, hospital spokeswoman Joanne Thorsen said.
