Continental Airlines said it has received bankruptcy court approval to acquire the remaining 14 Boeing 737-300 aircraft of its original 18-plane order from its parent company, Texas Air Corp. . . . Chicago Pacific Corp. said that, when its $43-per-share cash tender offer for all the outstanding common stock of Hoover Co. expired, about 96.3% had been tendered.
