Soviets Won’t Free Hess

BONN, West Germany —
The Soviet Union today again refused to release Nazi Rudolf Hess, 91, from Spandau Prison in Berlin. Hess, one-time deputy of Adolf Hitler, has been imprisoned since 1947 and is Spandau’s last remaining inmate.
