Inland Empire Rental Group Installs Officers

Charles Kubes of Claremont has been elected 1986 president of the Upland-based Affiliated Cities Rental Owners Assn.

Kubes and the other officers of the affiliate of the California Apartment Assn. and National Apartment Assn. were installed last week at the Red Lion Inn in Ontario.

Bruce Zwissler of Rancho Cucamonga is the new president-elect; Willard Steward of Redlands is the new vice president; John MacKinnon of Glendora is the treasurer, and Harold Ketterman of Pomona is the secretary.

New board members, with one-year terms are: Jackie Carroll, Chino; Barbara Frey, Apple Valley; Elliott Lentz, Redlands; Ed Stewart, Rancho Cucamonga, and Irving Warsaw, San Bernardino.

Board members reelected for one-year terms: David Block, Alta Loma; George Freeze, Riverside; Lee Ephross, West Covina; Ketterman; Kubes; MacKinnon; Zwissler; Cal Reed of Upland; Stewart, and John West of Covina.
