Builders Assigned to Expand Project
Six firms have been named to build more than 1,100 homes in the newest phase of Rancho San Diego, according to Home Capital Corp., developer of nearly 3,000 acres in the East County community.
U. S. Corp., Barratt American Inc., Pacific Scene Inc., the Fieldstone Co., Davidson Communities Inc. and partners Rancho Homes Inc. and M.W. Reynolds Construction Co., will complete from 128 to 249 units over the next three years.
The present phase is the fifth within Rancho San Diego and the first to be developed by Home Capital. Formerly referred to as Monte Vista Village, Phase 5 will include commercial development and landscaped parklands.
