$7 Million Paid for Tech Center

Rancho Bernardo Technical Center, a 69,832-square-foot development on 4.56 acres at 11011 Via Frontera, Rancho Bernardo, has been sold for $7 million to Washington Street Advisors of Minneapolis, according to First Interstate Mortgage Co. of San Diego,, a consultant in the sale.

R. B. Partners, a general partnership, sold the project, which consists of three buildings designed by Sillman/Wyman & Associates and built by Kearny Construction.
