OSLO —
Lev Novikov, the Soviet journalist saved by the quick action of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize winners after suffering a heart attack at a news conference here Monday, remained in intensive care Wednesday. “There is a slow improvement but Novikov in still under continuous intensive care and observation,” a hospital spokesman said.
