6 Nebraska Centers to Aid Farmers in Financial Need

LINCOLN, Neb. —
Nebraska will open six assistance centers to help financially pressed farmers, Gov. Robert Kerrey said Wednesday.
The Ag Action Centers, partly financed by a $1-million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, will provide counseling and job training for victims of the agricultural recession, Kerrey said at a news conference.
