Latin Border Dispute to Go to World Court

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras —
El Salvador and Honduras have ended five fruitless years of discussion on their complex and longstanding border dispute and prepared to take the issue to the World Court in The Hague.
The latest talks on the issue ended Tuesday night with the signing of an agreement to prepare the necessary paperwork for submission to the court within the next six months, officials said.
