May completion is scheduled for the 21-unit Ocean Palms condominium development under construction at 635 Ohio Ave., Long Beach, according to Guy Gagnon, president of Guy Gagnon Construction Co. Inc., the developer. The two-bedroom units will range in size from 996 to 1,073 square feet and in price from $114,500 to $119,500.
