Allied-Signal added 2 units to those it will spin off.

The addition of two chemical businesses brings to 32 the number that will be spun off into Henley Group, the newly named offshoot that will be headed by former Allied-Signal President Michael Dingman. Henley, which until now has been referred simply as Newco, expects annual revenue of nearly $3 billion.
