Israeli Plant Blast Kills 1

HADERA, Israel —
A man was killed and two were seriously wounded in a blast Wednesday at an Israeli power station, state television reported. It quoted officials as saying that guerrillas were not responsible for the blast at the plant north of Tel Aviv. The cause was under investigation.
