72 Condos Planned at La Costa Country Club

A development of 72 duplex condominiums is planned adjacent to the golf course at La Costa Country Club as the second and third phases of construction there. Ultimate cost is estimated at $18-million. Architect John Helm will have responsibility also for development and construction services.
