A former “officer of the month” became the sixth Miami policeman arrested in an alleged racketeering and dope-trafficking plot, dubbed “the Enterprise,” which resulted in the drowning of three drug smugglers. Officer Rodolfo Arias, 29, who received 33 commendations this year, surrendered and was booked into the Metro-Dade County jail. He is charged with cocaine trafficking, murder conspiracy and violation of the state’s racketeering statute.
