Group Fetes Anniversary

The American Industrial Real Estate Assn. celebrated its 25th anniversary with a dinner dance at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, attended by 170 members and guests.

The association was formed in 1960 to unite real estate brokers who specialized in industrial properties but lacked support of existing professional groups. Its basic purpose is to encourage the ultimate in professional standards.
