First Cruise Missiles in Germany

BONN — The first U.S. medium-range cruise missiles to be deployed in West Germany have arrived at a U.S. Air Force base, the West German news media reported today.
West German television and the DPA news service said an unknown number of the 96 cruise missiles scheduled to be deployed in West Germany arrived at the Hahn Air Base, about 55 miles southwest of Frankfurt.
