Condo Project Marks Opening on Kings Road

The Courtyards, a $22-million condominium project that may be the last major conversion in West Hollywood, opens this weekend at 950 N. Kings Road.

The Noni Corp. of Washington D. C., management consultants for the conversion and sale, oversaw and planned more than $2 million in renovations of common areas and residence interiors in the 194-unit complex. Stanley Thea & Associates is also a management consultant to Kings Country Corp., project owner.

Priced from $64,900 to $161,900, the studio to two-bedroom units are available in 10 floor plans. Furnished models and the sales office are open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
