Crystal Canyon Opens First of Three Villages in Azusa

Crystal Canyon, a three-village, master-planned development of 365 residential units, opens today in Azusa with 54 town houses in the first village, which will ultimately consist of 110 town houses.

The second village will include 142 condominiums in buildings of six or eight units, and the third village will consist of 113 town houses.

Priced from $102,990 to $114,990, the first 54 town houses are available in one to three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and 1,350 to 1,525 square feet of space. They are scheduled for completion in February. VCA-Randy Washington Group designed the town houses in a Cape-Cod style. The homeowners fee is $121, with a builder’s subsidy offered initial homeowners.

Relco Industries is developing the project at the entrance to Angeles National Forest. Among common amenities for each village will be a swimming pool, wading pool, spa and sun deck. There will also be two tennis courts.

Three furnished models, decorated by Madison West Interiors, and the sales office are open Saturday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1753 San Gabriel Canyon Road.
