REPORTER FINED IN CINCINNATI BRAWL

CINCINNATI — A reporter for NBC radio pleaded no contest Monday to charges of disorderly conduct and assault during President Reagan’s visit to Cincinnati in early October.
Robin Lloyd, 35, who originally asked for a jury trial, was fined $200 plus $29 court costs in Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Lloyd, a reporter out of Washington, pleaded no contest to a single count of disorderly conduct. Prosecutors dropped the assault charge against him.
Lloyd was arrested by Cincinnati police Oct. 3 outside a downtown hotel in a dispute over access to Reagan’s speech inside the building.
