Carson : Safety Director Resigns
Community Safety Director Nathan Manske has resigned from his city post to take a position as a Sacramento-based consultant to state Assemblyman Dave Elder (D-Long Beach).
Manske, 39, served as city director of community safety for three years. He previously worked in Sacramento as administrator of the state Career Criminal Apprehension Program. Manske’s resignation was effective Jan. 3.
Carson officials are taking applications to fill Manske’s former post.
