YORKTOWN, N.Y. —
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who was convicted in 1983 of heroin possession, was cited for speeding and driving without a license in suburban New York City, police said Wednesday.
Kennedy, 31, a lawyer who lives in Mount Kisco, was stopped Tuesday in northern Westchester County. Radar clocked him--and a score of other motorists--speeding in a 40-m.p.h. zone. Police said Kennedy had no valid driver’s license.
