Douglas Leases Office Space in Lakewood Plaza

Douglas Aircraft Co. of Long Beach has leased more than 125,000 square feet of space in the Watson Lakewood Corporate Plaza for $5,796,000, a transaction called by Watson Land Co. one of the largest single office leases in the South Bay area during the past 24 months.

Douglas will occupy a 77,000-square-foot, three-story office building under construction in the 17-acre, four-building plaza at 4045 Watson Place, Lakewood, completing leasing activity there. The aircraft firm earlier leased and occupied a 48,000-square-foot, two-story building built in 1984.
