Canaday & Co. is launching three new floor plans in its Country Lane series in conjunction with the opening of Country Lane North this weekend at the corner of Cedar Avenue and Norwood Street in Rialto.

The new 10-acre community with lots averaging 8,200 square feet features 17 single-family, single-story homes in Phase 1, with a 1,155 to 1,333 square feet of interior living space and three- and four-bedroom arrangements with two full baths. Units are priced from $79,990 to $89,990.

Special features include rough-sawed wood front doors, wood-burning fireplaces, and high, sloping ceilings in all major areas. Kitchens are finished with luminous ceilings, and are fully equipped with appliances.

Sales office and furnished models are open for inspection from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, except Tuedays and Wednesdays.
