Bixby Knolls Condominiums Opening Today

Bixby Knolls Terrace opens today adjacent to the Virginia Country Club in Long Beach, with 30 one- and two-bedroom condominiums priced from $98,990 to $137,990.

February occupancy is scheduled for the project by State-Wide Developers Inc., Los Alamitos. Two single-level floor plans, with 922 to 1,143 square feet of living area, are offered, with the larger of the two featuring two master bedroom suites.

A monthly homeowners fee of $95 pays for common area maintenance, including a swimming pool, spa and barbecue area. The elevator building has subterranean parking, with entry gates limiting both vehicular and pedestrian access.

Models and a sales center staffed by Goodman/Hixson & Co., Irvine, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 3913 Virginia Road, reached from the Long Beach Boulevard exit of the San Diego Freeway.
