Chantilly Town Houses Open Today in La Crescenta Foothills

Chantilly, a new 80-unit Premier Homes town-house community in the foothills of La Crescenta, opens this weekend at 6301 Honolulu Ave., Tujunga, with 26 homes in the first phase, of which 18 have been sold.

Priced from $115,990 to $126,990, with a monthly homeowners fee of $120, the units have two floor plans sized from 1,130 to 1,291 square feet with two or three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The project was designed by the Newport Beach-based firm of Richardson-Nagy-Martin with distinctive Mediterranean village exterior and design elements that include gabled windows, skylights, pot shelves, courtyard entries and private yard areas.

Interiors feature fireplaces with tile detailing, dining areas, high vaulted ceilings. Common areas include outdoor social areas with whirlpool spas; the nearby Verdugo Hills Golf Course and Haines Park provide additional recreational outlets.

Models may be inspected daily from 10 a.m. until dusk.
