Measured Meals, a Burbank frozen foods company, named Jack L. Casotti to the new post of executive vice president. Casotti had been president of Avanti Sales, a Burbank food broker. Avanti’s clients included Measured Meals, which makes low-calorie, low-salt and sugar-free frozen entrees. Casotti said his main task will be to expand Measured Meals’ sales, now concentrated in Southern California, throughout the western United States.
