Raytheon Co., citing gains in defense electronics, said its fourth-quarter profit climbed 10% from a year earlier on a 9% gain in revenue. For the full year, Raytheon said earnings rose 54%. Missile programs, shipboard systems, surveillance radars and electronic equipment for the B-1 bomber were the principal contributors to the growth in the company’s defense-electronics business, Raytheon said.
