Mexico Plans Rail Line

MEXICO CITY —
A railroad between Mexico City and Queretaro, 150 miles to the northwest, will begin operation in the first half of 1987, Froylan Vargas Gomez, assistant communications and transportation secretary, said. The line will carry more than 10,000 workers who live in Mexico City and work in adjacent Hidalgo state.
