Paul Thayer’s Jail Sentence Reviewed

WASHINGTON —
The Justice Department is reviewing a request from former Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Thayer, jailed for obstructing justice, for a commutation of his prison sentence, a department spokesman said Wednesday.
