New Nuclear Regulatory Commission Head Named

WASHINGTON — President Reagan Friday named Lando Zech to replace Nunzio Palladino as chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission effective June 30, when the incumbent’s term expires. Zech, 62, a retired Navy vice admiral, has been on the commission since 1984.
