INDIANAPOLIS — The International Baseball Assn., which includes 63 amateur baseball federations, says it will establish its headquarters here in the next few weeks.
The association formerly had its headquarters in the homeland of its president.
The IBA’s 14-member Executive Committee includes representatives from 13 countries. The committee concluded a series of meetings and announced that David Osinski Jr. will become its first executive administrator-secretary.
Osinski, a native of Dayton, Ohio, is now the national director of coaching for the Australian Baseball Federation.
