Wickes Cos. announced that its exchange offer for up to 4 million shares of its $2.50 preferred stock, Series A, expired Tuesday at 5 p.m. EST . . . Southern California Edison reported that it has called for redemption all outstanding shares of its 8.85% and 9.20% series of cumulative preferred stocks. All shares will be redeemed March 4 . . . San Jose-based Businessland Inc. and Mountain Computer jointly reported an agreement whereby Businessland will market Mountain’s new DriveCard, an internal hard disk storage system for use with IBM and compatible microcomputers . . . American Airlines reported that it will introduce daily non-stop jet service between Los Angeles and Nashville, Tenn., beginning April 15 . . . Japan’s crude oil imports fell 7.6% in 1985, with declines mainly in supplies from the Middle East, according to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry . . . Carver Corp. said Ameri-Sounds Inc. and Tech Electronics Inc., two Florida-based audio retailers, have sued Carver, alleging that the company’s distribution policies illegally denied them the chance to sell Carver’s high-end audio products.
