Zero settled a trademark infringement dispute.

Burbank-based Zero said one of the defendants it sued for making luggage that resembled its Zero Halliburton products has agreed to stop importing and selling cases with the same molded metal look. Zero said it also is negotiating settlements with other defendants named in the suit. Zero did not identify either of the defendants.
