Saudi Astronaut Joins Mourning

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, the Arab world’s first astronaut, flew to Washington to offer Saudi Arabia’s condolences on the death of the space shuttle Challenger crew, the official Saudi press agency said today.
The agency, monitored in Abu Dhabi, said the prince would convey his country’s condolences to the American government and people in a trip ordered by King Fahd.
