French Architectural Styles Featured in Oceanside Homes

Models have been completed and are open for viewing this weekend at St. Malo Heights, Native Sun Development’s new community in the Fire Mountain area of Oceanside at 2090 Rue de la Montagne.

They are priced from $117,000 to $141,000.

Each of the 34 single-family detached homes features ceramic-tile entry, wood-burning fireplace and two-car garage equipped with automatic door opener.

The project is open daily from noon to 5 p.m., except Thursdays and Fridays.
