Argentina to turn oil, steel firms private.
Under Secretary of Finance Juan Sommer said a list of the companies that will return to the private sector will be issued soon. He said the planned sale to private owners will have a “profound effect” on the overall industrial structure of the country. Sommer also said that the privatization would shift some of the country’s foreign debt from the public to the private sector.
