A memorial service was held in in Worcester, Mass., for Holy Cross football Coach Rick Carter, who commited suicide last weekend. The service in the school’s chapel was attended by 2,500 people, including members of the team.

Carter, 42, was found dead in his home by his son, Nick, a 21-year-old student at the small Jesuit college where his father had coached for five years.
