15-Story Office Tower Tops Out in Glendale

The 505 North Brand Building, a 15-story office tower in a $65-million commercial complex rising in Glendale, has been topped out with completion scheduled in December.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 357,000-square-foot complex, which will include a three-story office/retail building and six-level parking structure as well as the 15-story tower, is a project of owner/developer Reliance Development Group. Swinerton & Walberg Co. is general contractor, and Victor Feathers is handling leasing.
