Santa Margarita Officials Host Home Builders

Rancho Santa Margarita officials, anticipating the spring opening of the initial phase of the master-planned southeast Orange County community, hosted 10 home construction firms whose products will make up the 12 residential projects of the 5,000-acre development.

Anthony R. Moiso and Thomas C. Blum, president and executive vice president of the development firm, respectively, co-hosted the luncheon under a large tent overlooking the construction site.

Firms represented were Akins Development Co., Baywood Development Group, Century America Corp., Fieldstone Co., John Laing Homes, William Lyon Co., Macco Pacific, Standard-Pacific Corp., Western National Corp. and Wittenberg-Livingston Inc.
