Soviet U.N. Envoy Leaving

UNITED NATIONS — Oleg A. Troyanovsky, the Soviet Union’s ambassador to the United Nations for the last nine years, will leave his post on Friday. Neither his replacement nor the next posting for the 66-year-old Troyanovsky were immediately known, but there was speculation at the United Nations that he would become the Soviet ambassador to China.
