New Orleans’ Mardi Gras Leaves a Trail of Trash

NEW ORLEANS —
Sanitation workers Wednesday collected more than 1,500 tons of garbage to transform ankle-deep trash-strewn Mardi Gras parade routes back into the central business district of the city.
