Condominiums, Town House Open on Corner in Sepulveda

Superior Homes, a development of 48 condominiums and one town house, opens today in Sepulveda.

The condominiums are priced from $69,900 to $96,000 and will include one to three bedrooms. The town house is priced at $105,000 and has two bedrooms, a den and 1 1/2 baths. Floor plans range in size from 700 to 1,350 square feet.

Among the common amenities will be a swimming pool, spa and covered parking. The monthly homeowners fee ranges from $86 to $123.

Hendeles & Kest of Los Angeles is developing the project, which is expected to be ready for occupancy in 60 days.

The sales office is open Monday through Wednesday, noon to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., on the northeast corner of Superior Street and Sepulveda Boulevard.
