Serrano Heights, a 72-unit single-family view home development by John C. Heers Inc., opens today in Moreno Valley with three- and four-bedroom view houses priced from $114,450 to $150,200.

Available in four one- and two-story floor plans, the houses range in size from 1,628 to 2,400 square feet. They are sited on terraced lots to take advantage of views of the Moreno Valley to the south.

Standard features include tile roofs, fenced rear yards and master-bedroom suites. The lots range from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet in size, large enough for RV access and boat parking.

A sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk on Kalmia Avenue, east of Perris Boulevard. The development may be reached from the northbound Perris exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
