Phase 2 Under Way at Stratford

Construction is under way of Phase 2 of The Village of Stratford at Fairbanks Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe with completion scheduled by summer.

Phase 2 consists of 14 in a total of 51 single-family homes being developed by Watt Industries / San Diego Inc. Prices are expected to start in the mid-$300,000s.
