Moreno Valley Development Aimed at First-Time Buyers

Hunters Ridge, a 114-unit single-family development by U.S. Home aimed at first-time buyers, opens today in Moreno Valley with two- and three-bedroom houses priced from $66,450 to $93,950.
The first phase of 20 houses features eight one- and two-story floor plans with 834 to 1,605 square feet. Twenty-three different exterior/interior combinations are available.
Features include a 10-year limited homeowners warranty, front-yard landscaping, rear fencing, attached two-car garages, central air conditioning, skylights and greenhouse windows in some plans and built-in kitchen appliances.
First move-ins are scheduled for late March or early April. Four furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m.to 6 p.m. near Parkland Avenue and Mark Twain, reached from the northbound Heacock Avenue exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
