The Honolulu-based carrier, which began one-flight-per-day service between Los Angeles and Honolulu last November, suspended operations last week but hopes to resume flights “as soon as possible,” a company official said. The airline is being sold to Lake Tahoe businessman Raymond Gray, who plans to inject new capital to enable the carrier to resume operations, the official said. Passengers, meanwhile, are being placed on other airlines.
