The Mountain View, Calif.-based computer manufacturer said it will lay off 100 employees and also predicted losses for the quarter ending March 31. Daisy said order rates have been lower than expected, and it will institute a substantial cost-cutting program. The announcement follows the recent resignations of Lucio Lanza, group vice president for electronic design automation, and Moshe Gray, vice president for digital design.
