Davenport to Lead Industrial Realty Group

Joseph K. Davenport of the Goodglick Co., Los Angeles, has been elected 1986 president of the American Industrial Real Estate Assn.

Other new officers include Warren Waite of the Seeley Co., first vice president; Tom Walsmith of Commercial Industrial Associates, and Paula McDonald of the McDonald Co., vice presidents; Chris Stauff of the Goodglick Co., secretary, and Bob Shafer of Cushman & Wakefield, treasurer.

The 25-year-old association is reportedly the largest organization of industrial real estate professionals in the Southland. It operates the Industrial Multiple, a clearing house for information on industrial real estate listings.
