Tile roofs and lots large enough for swimming pools are features of the 168-unit Lewis Homes at Morning Ridge single-family development opening today in Rialto.
The 28 three- and four-bedroom, one- and two-story houses in the first phase have 1,414 to 1,810 square feet of living area and are priced from $88,950 to $109,500. City bond financing at a 10.8% annual percentage rate is available, as well as FHA financing.
Features of the houses--offered in four plans and 12 exteriors--include: bonus areas with 247 to 250 square feet; formal dining area; interior laundry rooms; front yard sprinklers and fenced rear yards. Four furnished models are open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1171 Cimarron St., reached from the eastbound Highland Avenue exit of the Devore (15) Freeway.
